Fees are based on the length and format of the therapy session. Instead of playing phone tag, you’ll be able to schedule a phone consult at a time that works best with your schedule. In the free 15-minute phone consultation, we'll learn more about what is potentially bringing you in for services, will answer any questions you might have, and overall see if we’re a good fit to work together. If we’re not, we’re happy to direct you to other therapists, counselors, psychiatrists or psychologists, and other resources that we highly recommend.
